Disappointing Cleanliness and Service

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, with no one available to help clean or switch rooms. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone based on our experience.

The room was initially disappointing. It had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. Dead roaches on the floor made me uneasy. The AC wasn't on, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The bed felt terrible, with box springs jabbing into our backs. However, I appreciated the convenience of having clean sheets provided. The location was decent, near places we wanted to visit. I liked that the check-in was quick and the guy at the front desk was helpful. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the cleanliness issues and the overall discomfort of the room.

i had a nice stay at texas inn, welasco/mercedes during our date night. the overall vibe was cozy, and it definitely exceeded what i expected from my previous visit. we found ourselves enjoying the evening more than anticipated.

The outdoor swimming pool was awesome for chilling after a long day out and the staff was super friendly always ready to help us! Also loved the comfy beds.

was very loud at night with people outside, but the mini fridge helped to keep our drinks cold and the bathroom had clean towels. great location near stores! 🏪 also, check-in was quick!
